Tomato-Cheddar Spread

1 (10-oz) can ROTEL Original Diced
   Tomatoes &Green Chilies, drained
1 c mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
2 (8 oz) block spark Cheddar cheese,
   Shredded
1 (4-oz) jar chopped pimiento, drained

Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.  Stir in cheese and pimiento.  Serve with crackers or on a sandwich.

Yield: 2 ½ cups.
Prep: 25 min.
Note: Pre-shredded cheese is not recommended for this recipe.
