Anna’s Banana Bread

3 ripe bananas
¾ c sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 c nuts (chopped)

Crush bananas with fork. Add eggs - beaten lightly, sugar, flour sifted with salt and soda and nuts. Bake 1 hour in 325 degrees. Yield 1 loaf.
